Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. You can always contact us for any return question at info@cupidsluvcorner.com. 

  • We accept returns only for sealed and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. 

  • Full refunds will be issued for eligible returns.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cupidsluvcorner.com.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, email info@cupidsluvcorner.com with the subject line RETURN to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
